The Morningside Mansion 1:24 (half-inch) scale dollhouse shell kit is a Italianate that can be finished as Victorian, Mediterranean or even seaside style dollhouse. Features include dual side access and dado locators for easy assembly. Once assembled, the house has 13 large rooms and measures 15-inches wide, 22-inches deep and 26-3/8-inches high. This house is open on both sides for easy access to all rooms and features high 6" ceilings on the main and upper floor. The observation tower is a perfect location for an art studio or music room. Interior and exterior steps are included. Four decorative engraved panels and cornice molding are also included. Windows and doors are available in component sets and you have a choice of either Houseworks or the Majestic Mansions line of windows made by Bespaq™.
