Everything you need to build as shown, except paint, glue, or curtains. Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut for ease of assembly. 3/8-inch thick upper floors. 10-inch floor to ceiling height. This addition is designed for the left side of your dollhouse. You could make it for the right side of your dollhouse but would need to purchase stock length nosing, as this is precut to work on a left side addition only. If you would like to purchase stock length nosing, please call us or let us know when you place your order.
Use this kit to expand the Bostonian (RGT96KBR) or the Newport (RGT71KB) dollhouses.
