This one-inch (1:12) scale New Concept Circular Staircase kit upgrade is available only when ordering your New Concept dollhouse kit. Real Good Toys will replace your 1st floor straight stairs with this upgraded circular stair and landing rails.

Your second floor will be replaced as well, to accommodate the circular stairs. This staircase ships direct from the manufacturer with your New Concept Dollhouse Kit.
