The 1:12 (one-inch) scale Habersham Cottage dollhouse shell kit by Majestic Mansions is designed to be a small house or cottage featuring a magnificent two-story entry with steps leading to the second-floor. The cottage could be finished as an elegant Victorian or a rustic cabin. The first floor has 10-inch ceilings and the second floor has 5-inch walls leading to 10-inch ceilings. The Habersham Cottage features: Dual side access; Dados located for easy assembly; Two-story design; Movable/removable walls on both floors; AND seven large rooms. Overall dimensions are 20-inches wide by 21-1/2-inches deep by 26-inches high. Windows and doors are sold separately.
