Overall exterior dimensions of the finished dolls house is 25.5" wide by 19-1/2" deep by 19-1/4" high. Kit does not include shingles, but ask us how and we'll include directions to create the "tin" roof shown on our model. Of course, you can install wood shake or asphalt shingles.
