Lilliput Gable Wing Addition by Real Good Toys is a one-inch scale milled MDF kit that includes all components to complete the two-room addition as shown. Kit features precision workmanship with engineered parts pre-cut to easily assemble, 3/8" thick upper floors, durable gingerbread trim that is 1/8" thick, window kits that include interior trim, step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings, and 8-1/8" floor-to-ceiling height. Addition can be built to fit either the right or left side of the Lemon Twist (RGTMM449), Peaches 'n Cream (RGTMM450), Cherrydale (RGTMM453) or the Mint Julep (RGTMM464).

Finished dimenions are 9-7/8" wide by 11-3/8" deep by 17"high.
