The milled plywood Simplicity dollhouse complete kit includes everything you need to build the dollhouse as shown (excluding paint, glue, and shingle dye). Each kit features precision workmanship with pre-cut engineered parts for ease of assembly and pre-milled siding. Sturdy construction features include 3/8-inch thick exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability. Kit includes pre-assembled doors and window, durable gingerbread trim that is 1/8" thick, hand-split, octagonal pine wooden shingles, step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings, 9" foot or ceiling height, two assembled staircases, and a chimney.

Additions and/or porches are available separately. The innovative interlocking design for quick and easy assembly. The pre-assembled windows have solid wood mullions.

Once assembled, the Simplicity is 26-inches wide by 18-inches deep by 30-inches high and includes 7 rooms.
