Craftsman bungalow style 6-room dollhouse featuring raised basement with window. Choose your own shingles and porch finish. We have finished our model using asphalt shingles and created a simple corner post for the porch.

The Rye kit features milled in clapboard siding on the first floor (excluding the wall surrounding the front door). The second floor walls (including the dormer) have a smooth finish, so you can apply paint, stucco, stone, or siding shingles.

The house is 27" wide by 22" deep by 27-1/2" high. The front porch is 10-1/2" wide by 7" deep.

Our kit includes windows, door and porch steps. Stone, shingles, and porch posts sold separately.
