The Broderrick, is a Victorian Row House style dollhouse shell kit by Majestic Mansions. This 1:12 (one-inch) scale kit is designed with a decorative front and is open on one side. The third floor has 5-inch high knee walls making this floor perfect for displaying your furniture collection. Five decorative engraved panels are included in the kit. This unique design features single side access with dado locators for easy assembly. The kit is cut from cabinet grade 3/8-inch Baltic Birch. The kit contains shell components, interior and exterior stairs and engraved decorative panels.
