The Palmetto, a one-inch (1:12) scale Italianate style dollhouse shell kit is designed with a decorative front and single side opening. The Palmetto also resembles a low-country mansion or city townhouse. This smooth plywood dollhouse can be finished with siding, brick or stucco depending on the look you wish to achieve. Featuring 7 very large rooms, the overall dimensions of the assembled kit are 16-1/2-inches wide by 29-inches long by 31-inches high. The first and second floors have 3-inch porches. The second floor porch is accessed by a single French door. The corner quoins and arched quoins are included in this kit. This unique design features single side access and dado locators for easy assembly. Crafted from cabinet grade 3/8-inch Baltic Birch. The kit contains shell components and interior stairs. All window and door openings are designed to accommodate Houseworks or Majestic Mansions products which are sold separately. Majestic Mansions and Bespaq™ have created a line of detailed and realistic windows and doors. They feature micro glass and are finished in your choice of rich walnut or white. The windows and doors have been designed to compliment the Majestic Mansions houses but will fit most openings of other dollhouses.
