This variation on the Colonial style house is a 14-room dollhouse kit from the New Concept Collection by Real Good Toys. Once assembled, the 1:12 (one-inch) scale dollhouse is 60" wide x 23" deep x 32" high.
    The Twelve Oaks dollhouse kit includes: Everything you need to finish as the model shown (paint, glue, shingle stain, shutters, and curtains are not included). Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to ease construction. Sturdy Construction features 3/8" thick exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability. The exterior walls are smooth with no siding or textured profile. Smooth Plywood kits offer you the opportunity to be creative with your finish à such as using stone, brick, stucco, shingle or multiple finishes. Some people like to create ornately painted dollhouses, with vines and greenery ôgrowingö on the side walls and the SP option is best for doing that. There should be no limits to your imagination. 3/8-inch thick upper floors. Pre-assembled windows and doors.
