White hugger working ceiling fan with light. The fan has two adjustable speeds (one low/one high) and a light that can be controlled separately. The fan has four-inch diameter blades. The single ight uses a bi-pin socket. The fan runs on 12 volts, either AC or DC and can easily be installed to the wiring of a 12 volt dollhouse.

The fan comes with complete instruction to make installation as easy as possible. The instructions show how to test the unit prior to installation and how to adjust speeds of the unit after installation.
