Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends)!

Although we try to maintain accurate stock status information, ocassionally, when we process an order we will discover that we no longer have the amount stated in stock. This may be due to a variety of reasons, but most likely because an order was processed between status updates. We will do everything to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

If you order more than the number stated in stock, please be advised that your order may be delayed until a shipment with the additional pieces arrives from our vendor. This delay may be a week to 10 days.

Should we find that there may be an extended delay, or that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

With the exception of dollhouses, items are generally shipped via United States Postal Service Priority mail. Dollhouses are usually shipped via UPS. All purchases over $50 are insured.

Continental US shipping rates are as follows:

• $4.95 for purchases under $50
• $6.50 for purchases between $50.01 and $100.00
• $9.50 for purchases between $100.01 and $249.99
• Shipping is free for purchases over $250
• All Canadian orders ship for $21.25 (however, when possible we will recalculate Canadian shipping to the lowest possible rate relative to the weight of the order)

Currently, only orders for the U.S. and Canada may be processed online. Please contact us for other International orders. We will do our best to accommodate you.
